When a registered owner of an estate has passed away, the property should be transferred to the heirs. 

If you move to a new address while you are abroad, you can notify the Tax Administration of your change of address.

You can add or change your postal address if you want the letters from the public authorities sent there rather than to the address you are registered at in the national register. Birth certificates contain information about a person's name, date of birth, personal ID number, gender, place of birth and possibly the names of the person's parents. As regards newborn babies, the Tax Administration will automatically send the birth certificate to the parents after the child's name has been registered.
